Fall Semester

Clinical Seminar: Deepening the Therapeutic Work with Challenging Patients
A new case seminar will be held this fall on deepening therapeutic work with challenging patients.  Three BIPP instructors will teach this course in which participants will present patients that they find difficult or challenging.  Working with such patients can be frustrating, but often discussion can illuminate various aspects of the case and open up possibilities for a richer and more rewarding treatment.  Each instructor will suggest or provide appropriate readings.  Instructors will also share their own experiences and theoretical insights, enriched by the contributions of seminar participants.  The final session will be an integrative seminar.

Instead of offering the usual 10 session course, this course will be taught in 8 sessions but with the same total elapsed time.  Please note the duration of each of the classes.  All of the classes will be held on Sundays beginning at ll:00 AM in Park Slope. Tuition is $250 plus a $25 registration fee.

To register, please contact Joanne Honigman at 718-339-4441
